  79. Cipher for Windows is a crypto-quotes type game which runs under
  80. Microsoft Windows 3.x.  It includes many puzzles to solve plus
  81. options such as complete help, hints, save/restore, etc.  You can
  82. also create your own puzzle files.  All game play can be done with a
  83. mouse or with the keyboard according to the players preferences.
